Add the mixed vegetables and garlic to the skillet, and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using). Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and stir well to coat. 5.
